August ends. Autumn is coming, and with it the business and political activities are renewing too.
Monitoring over the succession of events in the world, one involuntarily feels the absence of a unified governing of the world community, as well as of the concept of its development. It seems that the “world government” has held itself aloof or lost the ability to control and direct the process of the civilization's development, though the topical issue of the “reset” of the very System is on the agenda.
Having been left without the "directives from above," the leaders and governments of leading countries languish in anticipation of the latter, not daring of doing even shy independent steps. Time doesn't wait, and the state of uncertainty only aggravates the already fragile system of relations between them.
The global cabal has adopted a clear plan that a war for the redistribution of spheres of influence and the resources was to begin from the territory of the Middle East and Africa. The plan did not work, and the reason for this was the events of the "Arab Spring".It is foolish to say that these events were inspired by the United States or by some participants of the future war, in particular China or Russia. The delay was not beneficial to anyone of them.
Initially, everyone suspected each other and expected a dirty trick from anyone. The United States tried to control the situation, but it was not possible to do this using the usual methods and means. One could do nothing but observe and simultaneously promote in the world information space a plausible “interpretation” of what was happening, which the System’s ideologists had invented in a hurry. Obvious was the fact of the organized nature of the movement of large masses of people and the high level of their control from a single center. And this was despite the fact that the main mass of the rebels were illiterate and downtrodden people, who were deprived of the modern blessings of civilization and living according to the laws of the tribal system. They were not like passionate rioters thirsty for destruction and blood, behaved calmly and were restrained. It remains a mystery who and how controlled these people, prompting them to perform specific tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
The problem for the special services of the whole world was to identify this mysterious Center, establish its location, state affiliation, as well as the channels and means of its information influence on the rebels and control over them. But, both for the spooks and for the participants of the events themselves, it remains a mystery to this day, Who and how controlled the rebels, prompting them to carry out concrete tasks jointly, synchronously and efficiently. There is no doubt that "all these king's horses and all these king's men" of the spooks from all over the world will never be able to answer these questions.
The bridgehead from which the war should have begun was destroyed. The regimes, which were controlled by the global cabal have fallen. The long preparatory work was reduced to zero. In order to somehow explain what was happening, the United States launched a "mares" that the rebels were controlled through the Internet and mobile telephony, although in reality everything that could be used by the rebels as a means of communication was put under control. US military units, as well as those of the NATO countries were not ready to solve the assigned tasks. The United States wiggled out as it could, just to save face by taking unprecedented actions to conceal information about what was happening.
The process is still relevant today, as it can be seen from the events in Syria and Egypt. The world powers only contemplate the process from the outside, which is very strange in light of the experience of their actions in Iraq and Afghanistan. And in the very United States and Russia things are going not very smoothly. The population of these countries expects a "natural" reaction of their governments to internal and external challenges, but nothing of the kind happens. It seems that the power is limited in its capacity.
Let's take for example Russia. The events on Bolotnaya Square should have become a turning point in the change in the relations of the power with the people. It was supposed that the latter would be indicated "their place." Everyone was waiting for the dispersal of demonstrators and the use of force. And the proof of this was the presence of cars with soldiers and armored vehicles dispersed in the courtyards adjacent to the square. The opposition was preparing for massive imprisonments. Many people drew parallels with the events of January 9, 1905, when in St. Petersburg on the Palace Square, the czarist troops cynically shot a peaceful demonstration of St. Petersburg workers, who were brought there by the provocateur orthodox priest Gapon.
But the recurrence of the "bloody Sunday" did not happen. The power did not do what was beneficial to it, and this is nonsense. It wanted to do it, but couldn't, because its capacity was limited by the "external Factor". This is the same Factor that did not allow the United States and its allies to intervene in the territory of Libya and Syria.
Now, He is preventing Russia to sort-out with Ukraine "in adultly manner." And this is despite the fact that now in Ukraine the “fifth column of the Kremlin's 'oprichniks'" of the is in power [oprichnik – a merciless serviceman of Tsar Ivan the Terrible police force. – LB]. The Factor operates everywhere, so for the Kremlin, the White House and the governing bodies of other states it would be worth drawing parallels with the Arab Spring. The vain attempts of the Ukrainian power to arrange a civil war on her territory are doomed to failure, no matter how sophisticated it is in inventing provocations. The people are not indifferent and not stupid. They are in a state of full readiness – not for rebellion, but for organized actions aimed at eliminating the existing system of the power. This happens in many countries in the post-Soviet space. Europe and the United States are also subject to this process.
The authorities should not rely on the opposition as their possible successor. Changing the order of summands does not change the sum. The figures of power and opposition are taken from one "box."      They are two troupes of the System's sole theater, playing the same play in turn on its political scene.
Putin and his comrades can forget about Ukraine. The Creator has His own plans for her. The image of the "collector of Russian lands" is attractive for Putin, but "he is not exactly the right man for the job."
Europe, too, cannot count on trouble-free expansion to Ukraine, as well as on plans for dividing it together with Russia along the Dnieper.
The plane that crashed on April 10, 2010 near Smolensk, with Polish government signatories headed by Lech Kaczynski aboard was doomed to fall, as the anti-Ukrainian collusion between the presidents of Poland and Russia, which mutually beneficial result for both parties was to become conclusion of agreement on denunciation of the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact and the restoration of the status quo in relations between the parties as of September 16, 1939, should not have taken place.
It was scilicet for the sake of creating the “ambitious” atmosphere for the procedure of signing the agreement and achieving the above-mentioned goal, and not of paying tribute to the memory of the Polish officers and soldiers killed by the Stalinist regime that high representatives of the Rzeczpospolita were included in the Polish delegation, who in the end fell victim to the abortive Machiavellian plan of the Kremlin chekist.
Russia, being the successor of the USSR, intended to annul this treaty with the aim of giving Poland "legal" grounds to declare the territory of the western part of Ukraine to the line of the old Polish-Soviet border as of September 17, 1939 its own and claim its return.
For his part, Putin intended to get the rest. The independent state of Ukraine, the largest country in Europe by area, was supposed to disappear forever. As some contemporary theorists and practitioners in the field of geopolitics in a number of other Ukraine's neighboring countries like to speculate on this subject: "no state, no problem," but their dreams won't come true.

The author, as always, turned out to be accurate in foreseeing the future: on November 21, 2013, on the Maidan in Kiev, the first protests began, which grew into a confrontation of people and authorities on November 29-30. Blood was shed, but the people fought to the end, and the power receded. Five years have passed since the rebels' victory, but the political swindlers once again took advantage of its fruits, and now the wave of popular discontent is growing again.
