В популярном фильме времён СССР «Кавказская пленница» прозвучал тост: «Имею желание купить дом, но не имею возможности. Имею возможность купить козу, но не имею желания. Так выпьем же за то, чтобы наши желания совпадали с нашими возможностями!». Физическая сила человека и способность его к долговременной жизнедеятельности зависят от состояния здоровья, а возможности для самореализации в рамках социума определяются социальным статусом.
Самый высокий социальный статус имеют власть предержащие, узурпировавшие право реализовывать властные полномочия над управляемым большинством. Во всём остальном они обычные люди, которые подвержены болезням и воле случая.
Уверенность нынешней власти в её незыблемости проистекает из того факта, что она не только формирует знания об окружающем мире и процессах, в нём происходящих, у управляемого большинства, но и программирует его возможные действия в случае возникновения экстремальных ситуаций. Это означает, что любая революция является заранее спланированным власть предержащими мероприятием, которое призвано снять социальное напряжение внутри управляемого большинства. В результате происходит смена фигурантов во власти, но не упраздняется сама власть.
Украина не исключение, и события последних лет могут служить тому подтверждением. Пока не исчезнет в обществе влияние людей, чьи представления об окружающем мире были сформированы властью бывшего СССР, не стоит ждать существенных изменений к лучшему в жизни страны. Власть предержащие в Украине являются продуктом всё того же «совка». Их действия с момента обретения страной независимости указывают на отсутствие представлений о принципах и законах формирования государственности в стране.
Начинать государственное строительство надо было с реформ в системе образования, используя наработки стран «развитой демократии», дабы заложить в сознание подрастающего поколения новую систему ценностей, которая позволила бы ему воспринимать буржуазную модель государственности как данность.
Этого не было сделано, и народ Украины по-прежнему живёт в «совке», украшенном атрибутами «загнивающего капитализма». Государственность провозглашена, но никто так и не приступил к её строительству. Предшественникам было не до этого по причине передела собственности, а нынешняя власть не имеет в наличии инструмента реализации своих функциональных полномочий, который на данный момент оказался полностью неработоспособным.
Стоит ли удивляться тому, что за два года в стране не было проведено ни одной реформы. Вряд ли можно назвать таковой смену названия на вывеске правоохранительных органов.
В отсутствие конкретных действий, власти всё сложнее скрывать свою недееспособность за риторикой о намерениях. У власть предержащих не осталось другого выбора, как призвать на помощь Запад, дабы тот построил в Украине новый аппарат государственного управления по своему образцу. Самим же власть предержащим его создать не удастся по причине отсутствия соответствующих знаний и специалистов. Те, кто с трибуны кричит о самодостаточности Украины в решении этого вопроса, безбожно врут и выдают желаемое за действительное.
Гордыня не позволяет им признать тот факт, что, провозгласив независимость, Украина, как и все бывшие республики СССР, не лишилась зависимости от «единого центра» в Москве. Она может обрести государственность, но лишь «колониального типа» в составе Российской Федерации или Евросоюза, как это сделали бывшие прибалтийские республики.
Причина такого выбора заложена в самой природе нынешней власти в Украине. Она не готова быть «сувереном», а предпочитает пребывать в статусе «вассала» у «сильных мира сего». Рождённый ползать летать не может.
По сути, власть предержащие, как и хрестоматийный Буриданов осел, оказались перед неразрешимой для них проблемой выбора, что вовсе не означает его отсутствие у народа Украины. Власть хоть и позиционирует себя необходимым атрибутом государства, но никогда не была таковым. Государство может жить и процветать в отсутствие власти, как собака без блох. Власть паразитирует на теле государства и может стать причиной его гибели. История знает примеры городов-государств, которые создавались, жили и процветали на принципах общественного самоуправления. Мир и благополучие покидали их, когда через насильственную узурпацию управленческих функций в них устанавливалось господство миноритарной группы, и таким образом появлялась власть.
Создатель дважды за последние двадцать лет давал народу Украины шанс самостоятельно построить свою государственность, но люди не воспользовались им. Видимо, не хватило смелости "убить в себе раба".
Несомненно, для этого нужны не только внутренние, но и внешние условия. В нынешнее время соседние страны захотят скорее присоединить новые территории, чем позволить украинскому народу создать свою государственность. Претендентом на территорию Украины всегда выступала Россия. Исключением был период нахождения Украинской ССР в составе Советского Союза, который позиционировался как союз братских народов. Сегодня же Российская Федерация как правопреемница Российской империи хотела бы видеть нашу страну одной из своих губерний.
Первая попытка «мирного» вхождения Украины в состав «единой и неделимой» провалилась в 2004-м году, когда вместо марионетки Кремля Януковича президентом страны стал Ющенко. Тогда же у США и Европы появилась надежда на то, что Украина присоединится к Евросоюзу, а на её территории будут размещены военные базы и войска «союзников». Ничего из этого не вышло, и Украину «просто отдали» России, которая поставила своим «смотрящим» в ней всё того же Януковича. За время правления этого ставленника Кремля в Украине были уничтожены аппарат государственного управления и силовые структуры, дабы страна больше не смогла возродиться в качестве суверенного и независимого государства.
Новая попытка присоединения Украины к Российской Федерации закончилась ничем, и последняя решила осуществить аннексию с применением военной силы. Вот только вопреки желанию Кремля полномасштабное вторжение не состоялось. Так Создатель дал понять народу Украины, что обеспечит условия для построения государственности «с нуля», а чтобы тот не наступил на те же грабли в третий раз, решил изменить сознание самих украинцев. Судя по информации, поступающей из разных районов страны, люди уже сегодня успешно внедряют в соответствии с данными Конституцией правами эффективные формы самоуправления на местах. Параллельно идёт процесс «самодискредитации» фигурантов от власти, и тайное становится явным.
Власть предержащие Украины и России являются членами одного интернационала бандитов и воров, а потому даже в период конфронтации и военных действий заботятся прежде всего о личной выгоде. Так появился проект организации «серой зоны» на Донбассе, которая должна была стать местом для трафика контрабанды, наркотиков и нелегалов. Для его реализации украинский президент и по совместительству главнокомандующий приказал остановить успешное наступление частей ВСУ. А чтобы у народа не было сомнений в правильности принятого им решения, Порошенко приказал для пущей убедительности доказательства невозможности продолжения наступления организовать «котлы» в Иловайске и Дебальцево. Виноватыми же в появлении "котлов" и в их трагических последствиях сделали добровольцев, которые не стали дожидаться приказа командования и, чтобы избежать полного уничтожения, организованно вышли из окружения. Помнится, во время событий в Иловайске украинский президент договорился с Путиным об организации «зелёного коридора» для выхода бойцов из окружения. Что из этого вышло, народ Украины будет помнить еще долго. Теперь он знает, что в то «горячее время» президент Украины был занят созданием фирм в оффшорах, и для него трагедия в Иловайске отошла на второй план.
За два последних года народ Украины потихоньку приходит к мысли, что он должен решать свои проблемы самостоятельно. Объективно это так и есть, поскольку реально только сам народ заинтересован в сохранении независимости и построении государственности в Украине. Власть же только путается у него под ногами, не забывая при этом кричать о проведении несуществующих реформ в стране, чтобы скрыть свою несостоятельность в вопросах государственного строительства. Власть предержащие в сложившейся ситуации видят для себя только два выхода: одни ратуют за колониальную зависимость от России, а другие склоняются к аналогичному «вхождению» в состав Евросоюза. Второй вариант для многих их них выглядит предпочтительнее первого, так как в этом случае Украина формально сохраняет свой суверенитет и территориальную целостность. Но главным критерием в принятии решения власть предержащими будет другое – какой выбор станет лично для них меньшим из зол.
И никто из них не говорит о существовании третьего варианта, при котором украинский народ получает возможность строить «с нуля» свою государственность путем создания самоуправления на основе самоорганизации и упразднения власти как явления общественной жизни. А что касается государственных долгов, которые сейчас создают нынешние власть предержащие в Украине, то можно воспользоваться недавним опытом народа Исландии. Исландцы предложили МВФ и Евросоюзу взыскать долги с тех, кто их создавал, разворовывая выделяемые средства и выводя их в оффшоры, и при этом прикрывался гарантиями со стороны государства.

One of the characters of the USSR era's popular comedy, Kidnapping, Caucasian Style, named a pledge: "I have the desire to buy a house, but do not have the opportunity. I have the opportunity to buy a she-goat, but I have no desire. So let us drink to our desires' coincidences with our opportunities!" Physical strength of a human being and his/her ability to long-term live activity depend on the health, while opportunities for the self-fulfillment within society are determined by the social status.
Those in power, who have usurped the right to exercise the powers of authority over the controlled majority, possess the highest social statuses. In all other respects they are ordinary people who are susceptible to diseases and game of luck.
The current Power's confidence in its immutability stems from the fact that it not only generates knowledge about the world and the occurring in it processes in the consciousness of the controlled majority, but also programs possible actions of the latter in case of the emergency situations. This means that any revolution is the authorities' pre-planned event, which is aimed to remove the social tensions within the controlled majority. As a result, there occurs a change of the persons involved in the Power, but not an abolishment of the very Power as such.
Ukraine is no exception, and the events of recent years can serve as proof of that. While there does not disappear in a society the influence of people, whose ideas about the world were formed by the authorities of the former USSR, one should not expect significant changes for the better in the country. Those in power in Ukraine are a product of the same "sovok" [i.e. Soviet system; "sovok" also means a person uncritically supporting Soviet values or the one who has Soviet mentality, (pejorative)]. Their actions since independence indicate a lack of ideas about the principles and the laws of formation of the statehood of the country.
It was necessary to start the state-building process in Ukraine with a reform in the education system based on the "advanced democracy" countries' achievements, in order to establish in the minds of the younger generation a new system of values, which would allow it to accept the bourgeois model of a state as a given.
This was not done, and the people of Ukraine still live in the "sovok", adorned with the attributes of the "decaying capitalism". The statehood was proclaimed, but no one has ever started its construction. The predecessors of the present authorities were far from this case because of preoccupation with the redistribution of property, and the current powers that be have no available tool for implementation of their functional powers, which by this time became completely inoperable.
Is it any wonder that for two years no reform was carried out in the country? It is hardly possible to consider such a change of the name in the signboard of the law enforcement agencies.
In the absence of concrete action it becomes increasingly difficult to the authorities to hide their incompetence behind the rhetoric of intentions. The powers that be had no other choice but to call upon the aid of the West, so that it builds in Ukraine a new government apparatus by its own sample. The powers that be are unable to create it due to the lack of relevant knowledge and expertise. Those who from the podium are shouting about the self-sufficiency of Ukraine in this issue shamelessly lie and want to give out desirable for valid.
The arrogance does not allow them to accept the fact that, having proclaimed the independence, Ukraine, as well as all former Soviet republics, has not get rid of dependence on the "one center" in Moscow. It can gain statehood, but only of a "colonial style" in the Russian Federation or in the European Union, as the former Baltic republics did.
The reason for such a choice lies in the very nature of the current government in Ukraine. The Ukrainian authorities are not ready to be a «sovereign» and prefer to stay in the "vassal" status under "the powers that be." Born to crawl will never fly.
In fact, those in power, like a proverbial Buridan's ass, have faced with a problem of finding an acceptable choice, which turned out to be unsolvable task for them, though it doesn't at all mean that the people of Ukraine also cannot find it. The Power, though it positions itself as a necessary attribute of the State, has never been such. The State can live and thrive in the absence of the Power, like a dog without fleas. The Power parasitizes on the "body" of the State and may cause its death. History knows many examples of the city-states, which were created, lived and thrived on the principles of social self-government. Peace and prosperity were leaving these cities after the establishment of the minority group's supremacy in them through violent usurpation of the community's managerial functions. That was how the Power has appeared in them.
The Creator twice in the last twenty years had given the people of Ukraine the chances to build their own statehood, but the Ukrainians did not make use them. Apparently, they did not have sufficient courage to "kill the slave in themselves."
Undoubtedly, this requires not only the internal but also the external conditions. At the present time the Ukraine's neighboring countries would rather want to append some of its territories, than to let the Ukrainian people establish their own State. In the past, Russia had always been a pretender to the territory of Ukraine. The exception was the period of the Ukrainian SSR's stay in the Soviet Union, which was positioned as a union of the "fraternal peoples." Today, the Russian Federation, as the successor to the Russian Empire would like to see our country one of its provinces.
The first attempt of the Ukraine's "peaceful" entry into the "one and indivisible" failed in 2004, when instead of the Kremlin's dummy Yanukovich his opponent Yushchenko became the President of the country. At the same time, in the US and the EU there were some hopes that Ukraine will join the European Union, and that the "allies'" military bases and troops will be deployed in the Ukraine's territory. Nothing came of it, and our country was "simply given" to Russia, which has assigned the same old Yanukovich its "observer" in Ukraine [the term "observer" is similar in general meaning to the term alpha-dog in the American criminal slang)]. During the reign of this Kremlin's protégé, the State administrative apparatus and the law enforcement agencies were destroyed in Ukraine, so that the country could never reborn as a sovereign and independent State.
A new attempt to "peacefully" append Ukraine to the Russian Federation ended in a stalemate, and the latter decided to carry out its annexation with the use of military force. But just contrary to the Kremlin's desire the full-scale invasion did not take place. So, the Creator made it clear to the people of Ukraine that He would provide the conditions for state-building "from scratch"; and to save them from triggering a backflash for the third time, He decided to change the consciousness of the very Ukrainians. Judging by the information coming from the different regions of the country, people, in accordance with the rights stipulated by the Constitution, have already started to successfully implement effective forms of self-government in the field. In parallel, there develops the process of "self-vilification" of the persons involved in the power, and the secrets have a way of getting out.
Those in power in Ukraine and Russia are members of the same International of the bandits and the thieves, that is why even in the times of confrontation and military action they are primarily concerned with their personal gain. Thus, there was given a kickoff to the "gray zone" project in the Donbass, which was supposed to become a place for the traffic of contraband, drugs and illegal immigrants. With the purpose of its realization, Poroshenko, the Ukrainian President and the now Commander in Chief, ordered to stop the successful offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And to persuade the people in the correctness of his decision, Poroshenko ordered to organize the Ilovaisk and the Debaltsevo "cauldrons" with a purpose of presenting people even more convincing proofs of the impossibility to continue the offensive. Moreover, the major lowdown act on the part of the authorities was to present namely the volunteers guilty in the appearance of the "cauldrons" and their tragic consequences, only because due to the command’s culpable omission and with the purpose to avoid their total extermination they did not wait for the high command's order and independently realized an organized breaking out of encirclement. As I can remember, during the events in Ilovaisk the Ukrainian President agreed with Putin on the organization of a "green corridor" for the release of fighters from the encirclement. What came of it, the Ukrainian people will remember for a long time. Now they know that in that "hectic time" the Ukrainian President was busy setting up firms in the offshore zone, and for him the tragedy in Ilovaisk took the back seat.
Over the last two years, the Ukrainian people have gradually come to a conclusion that they must themselves solve their own problems. Objectively, this is the case, because actually only the very people are interested in preserving the independence and the statehood building in Ukraine. The confused powers that be, who do not forget to shout that they carry out the non-existent reforms in the country in order to hide their failure in the state-building, are only under their feet. In this situation, those in power see for themselves only two options: some advocate colonial dependence on Russia, while others tend to the same sort of "entry" into the European Union. The second option for many of them seems more preferable than the first one, since in this case Ukraine formally retains its sovereignty and territorial integrity. But for the powers that be the main criterion in deciding is another – which choice for them personally would become lesser of two evils.
And none of them speaks of the existence of the third embodiment, in which the Ukrainian people have an opportunity to build their statehood "from scratch" by creating their own State on the basis of self-government and abolition of the Power as a phenomenon of the social life. As for the public debt, which the current powers that be in Ukraine are creating now, the Ukrainians can make use of the Iceland people's recent experience. The Icelanders asked the IMF and the European Union to recover debts from those who, having plundered the allocated funds and brought them to the offshore zones, had created these debts, using the state guarantees to cover their illegal transactions.

Those in power, who have usurped the right to exercise the powers of authority over the controlled majority, possess the highest social statuses. In all other respects they are ordinary people who are susceptible to diseases and game of luck.
The current Power's confidence in its immutability stems from the fact that it not only generates knowledge about the world and the occurring in it processes in the consciousness of the controlled majority, but also programs possible actions of the latter in case of the emergency situations. This means that any revolution is the authorities' pre-planned event, which is aimed to remove the social tensions within the controlled majority. As a result, there occurs a change of the persons involved in the Power, but not an abolishment of the very Power as such.
Ukraine is no exception, and the events of recent years can serve as proof of that. While there does not disappear in a society the influence of people, whose ideas about the world were formed by the authorities of the former USSR, one should not expect significant changes for the better in the country. Those in power in Ukraine are a product of the same "sovok" [i.e. Soviet system; "sovok" also means a person uncritically supporting Soviet values or the one who has Soviet mentality, (pejorative)]. Their actions since independence indicate a lack of ideas about the principles and the laws of formation of the statehood of the country.
It was necessary to start the state-building process in Ukraine with a reform in the education system based on the "advanced democracy" countries' achievements, in order to establish in the minds of the younger generation a new system of values, which would allow it to accept the bourgeois model of a state as a given.
This was not done, and the people of Ukraine still live in the "sovok", adorned with the attributes of the "decaying capitalism". The statehood was proclaimed, but no one has ever started its construction. The predecessors of the present authorities were far from this case because of preoccupation with the redistribution of property, and the current powers that be have no available tool for implementation of their functional powers, which by this time became completely inoperable.
Is it any wonder that for two years no reform was carried out in the country? It is hardly possible to consider such a change of the name in the signboard of the law enforcement agencies.
In the absence of concrete action it becomes increasingly difficult to the authorities to hide their incompetence behind the rhetoric of intentions. The powers that be had no other choice but to call upon the aid of the West, so that it builds in Ukraine a new government apparatus by its own sample. The powers that be are unable to create it due to the lack of relevant knowledge and expertise. Those who from the podium are shouting about the self-sufficiency of Ukraine in this issue shamelessly lie and want to give out desirable for valid.
The arrogance does not allow them to accept the fact that, having proclaimed the independence, Ukraine, as well as all former Soviet republics, has not get rid of dependence on the "one center" in Moscow. It can gain statehood, but only of a "colonial style" in the Russian Federation or in the European Union, as the former Baltic republics did.
The reason for such a choice lies in the very nature of the current government in Ukraine. The Ukrainian authorities are not ready to be a «sovereign» and prefer to stay in the "vassal" status under "the powers that be." Born to crawl will never fly.
In fact, those in power, like a proverbial Buridan's ass, have faced with a problem of finding an acceptable choice, which turned out to be unsolvable task for them, though it doesn't at all mean that the people of Ukraine also cannot find it. The Power, though it positions itself as a necessary attribute of the State, has never been such. The State can live and thrive in the absence of the Power, like a dog without fleas. The Power parasitizes on the "body" of the State and may cause its death. History knows many examples of the city-states, which were created, lived and thrived on the principles of social self-government. Peace and prosperity were leaving these cities after the establishment of the minority group's supremacy in them through violent usurpation of the community's managerial functions. That was how the Power has appeared in them.
The Creator twice in the last twenty years had given the people of Ukraine the chances to build their own statehood, but the Ukrainians did not make use them. Apparently, they did not have sufficient courage to "kill the slave in themselves."
Undoubtedly, this requires not only the internal but also the external conditions. At the present time the Ukraine's neighboring countries would rather want to append some of its territories, than to let the Ukrainian people establish their own State. In the past, Russia had always been a pretender to the territory of Ukraine. The exception was the period of the Ukrainian SSR's stay in the Soviet Union, which was positioned as a union of the "fraternal peoples." Today, the Russian Federation, as the successor to the Russian Empire would like to see our country one of its provinces.
The first attempt of the Ukraine's "peaceful" entry into the "one and indivisible" failed in 2004, when instead of the Kremlin's dummy Yanukovich his opponent Yushchenko became the President of the country. At the same time, in the US and the EU there were some hopes that Ukraine will join the European Union, and that the "allies'" military bases and troops will be deployed in the Ukraine's territory. Nothing came of it, and our country was "simply given" to Russia, which has assigned the same old Yanukovich its "observer" in Ukraine [the term "observer" is similar in general meaning to the term alpha-dog in the American criminal slang)]. During the reign of this Kremlin's protégé, the State administrative apparatus and the law enforcement agencies were destroyed in Ukraine, so that the country could never reborn as a sovereign and independent State.
A new attempt to "peacefully" append Ukraine to the Russian Federation ended in a stalemate, and the latter decided to carry out its annexation with the use of military force. But just contrary to the Kremlin's desire the full-scale invasion did not take place. So, the Creator made it clear to the people of Ukraine that He would provide the conditions for state-building "from scratch"; and to save them from triggering a backflash for the third time, He decided to change the consciousness of the very Ukrainians. Judging by the information coming from the different regions of the country, people, in accordance with the rights stipulated by the Constitution, have already started to successfully implement effective forms of self-government in the field. In parallel, there develops the process of "self-vilification" of the persons involved in the power, and the secrets have a way of getting out.
Those in power in Ukraine and Russia are members of the same International of the bandits and the thieves, that is why even in the times of confrontation and military action they are primarily concerned with their personal gain. Thus, there was given a kickoff to the "gray zone" project in the Donbass, which was supposed to become a place for the traffic of contraband, drugs and illegal immigrants. With the purpose of its realization, Poroshenko, the Ukrainian President and the now Commander in Chief, ordered to stop the successful offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And to persuade the people in the correctness of his decision, Poroshenko ordered to organize the Ilovaisk and the Debaltsevo "cauldrons" with a purpose of presenting people even more convincing proofs of the impossibility to continue the offensive. Moreover, the major lowdown act on the part of the authorities was to present namely the volunteers guilty in the appearance of the "cauldrons" and their tragic consequences, only because due to the command’s culpable omission and with the purpose to avoid their total extermination they did not wait for the high command's order and independently realized an organized breaking out of encirclement. As I can remember, during the events in Ilovaisk the Ukrainian President agreed with Putin on the organization of a "green corridor" for the release of fighters from the encirclement. What came of it, the Ukrainian people will remember for a long time. Now they know that in that "hectic time" the Ukrainian President was busy setting up firms in the offshore zone, and for him the tragedy in Ilovaisk took the back seat.
Over the last two years, the Ukrainian people have gradually come to a conclusion that they must themselves solve their own problems. Objectively, this is the case, because actually only the very people are interested in preserving the independence and the statehood building in Ukraine. The confused powers that be, who do not forget to shout that they carry out the non-existent reforms in the country in order to hide their failure in the state-building, are only under their feet. In this situation, those in power see for themselves only two options: some advocate colonial dependence on Russia, while others tend to the same sort of "entry" into the European Union. The second option for many of them seems more preferable than the first one, since in this case Ukraine formally retains its sovereignty and territorial integrity. But for the powers that be the main criterion in deciding is another – which choice for them personally would become lesser of two evils.
And none of them speaks of the existence of the third embodiment, in which the Ukrainian people have an opportunity to build their statehood "from scratch" by creating their own State on the basis of self-government and abolition of the Power as a phenomenon of the social life. As for the public debt, which the current powers that be in Ukraine are creating now, the Ukrainians can make use of the Iceland people's recent experience. The Icelanders asked the IMF and the European Union to recover debts from those who, having plundered the allocated funds and brought them to the offshore zones, had created these debts, using the state guarantees to cover their illegal transactions.
