Однажды главу КГБ Андропова журналисты спросили, знает ли его ведомство о шпионах, работающих в интересах Запада на территории СССР. Юрий Владимирович ответил, что знает.
– Почему же тогда не арестуете их всех сразу? – возмутились журналисты.
– А зачем? – поинтересовался Андропов. – Вместо них пришлют других, которых будет сложно установить и идентифицировать. Лучше уж приглядывать за старыми хорошо известными нам агентами и быть в курсе намерений противника.
Создатель в данный момент занимает такую же позицию по отношению к нынешним фигурантам от власти. Они являются всего лишь визуализацией коллективной воли кланов, реализующих властные полномочия. Уберёте их, и на смену им придут другие. Зачем бороться с последствиями, если можно устранить причину, их порождающую?
Многие удручены тем, как ведут себя власть предержащие в последнее время, и теряют надежду на изменения к лучшему. На самом деле не всё так плохо, как кажется. Просто все мы стали свидетелями реализации Создателем ограничений по отношению к фигурантам от власти, и тайное стало для нас явным.
Меняются и сами люди. Они смотрят на мир другими глазами, а их оценочные суждения о происходящем в окружающем мире становятся всё более адекватными реалиям Бытия. Рефлекс «стадного реагирования и солидарности» уступает место взвешенным и обдуманным решениям каждого индивидуума.
Хороший пастух заботится о стаде и не перекладывает на самих овец проблемы их безопасного выживания. «Слепые поводыри» пытаются спровоцировать людей на противостояние с властью, дабы через кровопролитие и большие потери ввергнуть их в состояние разочарования и осознания собственного бессилия в желании изменить жизнь к лучшему.
Любая революция в человеческом социуме всегда заканчивается всего лишь сменой фигурантов во власти и не меняет к лучшему условия существования «управляемого» большинства. Создатель же намерен уничтожить власть как явление общественной жизни руками самих власть предержащих.
Вероятно, многие заметили тот факт, что власть в лице лидеров государств всячески пытается спровоцировать военные конфликты по всему миру, дабы начать Третью мировую войну за передел сфер влияния. Вот только ничего у неё из этого не выйдет, ибо она априори не способна противостоять Воле Создателя.
Всё вышесказанное относится и к Украине, где в результате событий второго Майдана произошла смена фигурантов во власти, и вместо бандитов Януковича в ней появились воры во главе с главным кондитером страны. У них хорошо получается делать лишь два дела: нагло воровать и вдохновенно врать. Вероятно, это не простая ложь, а ложь во спасение «нажитого непосильным трудом».
Разграбление страны осуществляется невиданными доселе темпами под лозунгом: чтобы врагу не досталось. Янукович со своим «общаком» выглядит жалким неудачником в сравнении с командой нынешнего президента и её «нажитым добром».
Когда финансовая разведка США «нашла» несколько миллиардов долларов, украденных «нынешними» фигурантами власти, и рекомендовала вернуть их в бюджет страны, то последние тут же сочинили и вбросили в СМИ свою версию произошедшего, приписав наворованное «попередникам».
Для украинцев такого рода лживые истории далеко не новость в свете проведения властью «сказочных» реформ, «позитивные» результаты которых могут видеть, подобно двум аферистам из произведения Г.Х Андерсена «Новое платье короля», лишь президент и его «успешная» команда реформаторов, но не население страны.
Так называемая «децентрализация» укрепила власть «феодалов» на местном уровне, передав им право грабить население на «законных» основаниях. То, что в преступном мире принято называть «воровской сходкой», получило благозвучное название «съезд территориальных громад».
Благодаря усилиям Создателя и в Украине была разрушена монолитность стройных рядов власть предержащих, что привело к нешуточным «разборкам» на всех уровнях вертикали власти. Процесс продолжается, а впереди нас ждут громкие дела и разоблачения.
Специалистам по борьбе с коррупцией из Европы и США давно пора заняться окружением украинского президента и ним самим, а не уповать на то, что в обозримом будущем они гарантированно смогут вернуть средства, вложенные кредиторами в Украину. Её народ отдавать кредиты, взятые главным кондитером страны и его подельниками, не будет. Это решение Создателя. Остаётся обеспечить их возврат за счет «нажитых непосильным трудом» состояний олигархов, среди которых числится и нынешний президент.
Продолжается мышиная возня вокруг так называемых Минских соглашений. Вот и США решили попробовать себя в качестве переговорщика, но дальше освобождения части украинских заложников дело не пошло. Вот только результаты их деятельности не добавляют оптимизма и уверенности власть предержащим нашей страны, ведь желать еще не означает мочь.
Все понимают, что скоро рванёт, но не знают где, как и когда. Заклинания типа: не расшатывайте лодку, то бишь ситуацию в стране, а то Путин нападёт, больше не действуют.
Опыт показывает, что на данном этапе развития человечества, людьми гораздо эффективней управлять на уровне мотивации их поступков, а не осознанного выбора. Именно так Триединая Сущность действовала во время событий Арабской весны, а теперь грядёт весна не только в Украине и России, но и во всём мире.
Это удел и ответственность Пастуха. Работа прежде всего. Так что читателям моего журнала не стоит обижаться на то, что из-за занятости в процессах реализации Промысла Создателя, я уделяю им мало внимания и редко радую новой статьей. Время не ждёт.

People themselves are changing too. They look at the world through different eyes, and their value judgments about all that’s happening in the world around them become more and more adequate to the realities of Being. The reflex of the ‘herding response and solidarity’ gives way to the weighed and deliberate decisions of each individual.
A good shepherd takes care of the herd and doesn’t bring the problems of their safe survival onto the sheep themselves. ‘Blind guides’ are trying to provoke people into confrontation with the power, so that through bloodshed and great losses they can be plunged into a state of frustration and realization of their own impotence in the desire to change life for the better.
Any revolution in the human society always ends only with the change of players in power and doesn’t change for the better the conditions for the existence of the ‘controlled’ majority. The Creator intends to wipe out the power as a phenomenon of social life with the hands of the powers that be themselves.
Probably, many have noticed the fact that the power, in the person of the states’ leaders, is trying in every possible way to provoke military conflicts around the world in order to start the Third World War for the redistribution of spheres of influence. But nothing will come of it, for it is a priori incapable of resisting the will of the Creator.
All of the above mentioned also applies to Ukraine, where, as a result of the second Maidan’s events, there has occurred a change of the players in power, and instead of Yanukovych's bandits, there appeared in it the thieves, led by the country’s chief pastry-cook. They are good at doing only two things: cocky stealing and inspiring lying. Probably, this is not a simple lie, but a lie for salvation of all the possessions ‘acquired by excessive work.’
The plunder of the country is carried out in unprecedented hitherto clip under the slogan: that the enemy does not get. Yanukovych with his ‘obshchak’ [Russian equivalent for pooled cash fund] looks like a miserable loser in comparison with the team of the current president and its ‘acquired possessions.’
When the US FININT ‘found’ several billion dollars stolen by the ‘current’ players of the Ukrainian power, and recommended to return them to the country's budget, the latter immediately fabricated and threw in the media their version of what happened, attributing the stolen ‘guap’ to their ‘precursors.’
For the Ukrainians, such false stories are far from being new in the light of the ‘fairy-tale’ reforms carried out by the power, which ‘positive’ results can be seen, similarly as it was in case of two scams from Hans Christian Andersen's tale ‘The Emperor's New Clothes,’ only by the president and his ‘successful’ reform team, but not the population of the country.
The so-called "decentralization" strengthened the power of "feudal lords" at the local level, giving them the right to plunder the population on "legitimate" grounds. What is commonly called a ‘thieves' tref’ in the criminal world has been blessed with the name of a “territorial communities’ congress."
Thanks to the efforts of the Creator, both in Ukraine the solidity of the well-formed ranks of the powers that be has been destroyed, which led to serious ‘donnybrooks’ at all levels of the power vertical. The process continues, and ahead of us we expect loud cases and exposures.
It is high time for the anti-corruption specialists from Europe and the United States to go after the Ukrainian president and his environment, and not to bank on the fact that in the foreseeable future they will be able to return the money invested by creditors in Ukraine. Its people will not surrender credits, taken by the country's chief confectioner and his accomplices. This is the Creator’s decision. It remains to ensure return of money using the oligarchs’ as well as the president’s means that were ‘acquired by excessive work’.
The mouse fuss is going on around the so-called Minsk agreements. So, the US also decided to try itself as a negotiator, but nothing went further than releasing the part of the Ukrainian hostages. It is understandable. Russia does not feel weak and powerless. Its army is quite capable and can cause the West a lot of ‘inconvenience’. The Russian military are concerned only with the possibility of repeating the ‘Ukrainian phenomenon’ in other countries bordering on Russia, which can lead to irreversible reputational losses. Apparently, it is for this reason that things don’t go further than provocation.
In the absence of real changes for the better because of the incompetence of the current government, the Ukrainian president is promoting himself wherever possible: whether it is opening of a repaired section of the road or releasing hostages, and at every opportunity speaks of his participation in any undertaking or project. Some people are destined to go down in history, and some are desperately trying to get into a mess.
In the latter days, the mass media in Ukraine are working on the same technology for creating a virtual reality as in Russia, taking advantage of the ‘precious’ experience of neighbors in fooling the population. The only thing is that the results of their activities do not add optimism and confidence to the powers that be in our country, for between want and can there's a difference.
Everyone understands that there will happen an ‘explosion’ soon, but does not know where, how and when. Spells like: do not loosen the boat, in other words the situation in the country, because Putin will attack, are inoperative any more.
Experience shows that at this stage of human development, it is much more effective to control people at the level of motivation of their actions, rather than their conscious choice. This is how the Triune Essence acted during the events of the Arab spring, and now spring is coming not only in Ukraine and Russia, but throughout the world.
This is the destiny and responsibility of the Shepherd. Work first. So, the readers of my journal should not take offense at the fact that because of the engagement in the processes of implementing the Creator's Providence, I give them little attention and rarely rejoice with a new article.
