World bewilderedly observes everything that is happening in Ukraine. This is quite understandable: the inept power, the lack of efficient army, the Moscow's powerful "fifth column", the total corruption – all this is enough to ensure that the Ukrainian State has ceased to exist, being caught up in a conflict with such a powerful opponent as Russia. The poorly armed volunteers and the Army's destroyed units are not able a priori to withstand the heavily armed Russian horde enumerating many tens of thousands of terrorists. All military experts of the world understand this.
The Ukrainian government shamelessly lies when stating that it is strengthening the country's defense. In fact, in the country there are created and equipped the police units, while the Army units in the ATO area are doomed to manage with the old materiel and weapons. The Authorities prepare for an armed confrontation with the Ukrainian people, hoping to earn the favor of the Northern neighbor. The only thing is that the Ukrainian government has miscalculated, believing that Putin would agree to the existence of Ukraine as a sovereign State. Russia has enough resources to carry out its annexation at the earliest opportunity. Neither Europe nor the United States will militate against it.
In Minsk, the European "peacemakers" Merkel and Hollande try to solve the Europe's security issues dealing with the territory of Ukraine with the help of president Poroshenko, who like Truffaldino from Bergamo [an allusion to the popular Soviet film Truffaldino from Bergamo (1976) based on the comedy Servant of Two Masters by the Italian playwright Carlo Goldoni. – Translator's note] manages to serve two masters at the same time. If the Creator no longer holds back the Russian army, all the so-called agreements will collapse, and Russia having swallowed Ukraine will invade Europe. There is no doubt that the current Ukrainian government is ready for such a scenario and has already transferred most of the loot overseas long ago. The Moor has done his job and is always ready to go.
The only thing is that the plans of the traitors of the Ukrainian people are not fated to come true. If the government dares to apply the National Guard's units in the fight with the volunteers, so they will face the same fate as that of the Russian mercenaries in the conflict zone. Do not even think that the Creator has no means to suppress the counter-revolution in the country. After the occupation of the Crimea, it is scilicet He who made dysfunctional the GRU's [GRU – abbreviation in Russian of the name of the General Intelligence Department. – Translator's note] network in Ukraine, and together with it also the "fifth column" of Moscow. It is He who saves the lives of the Ukrainian soldiers in the conflict zone, making ineffective any actions of the enemy. How else it is possible to explain the proportionally small losses of the Ukrainian AF personnel which are incomparable with the huge number of shells and mines discharged daily by the enemy on their positions, many of which for some reason did not even explode. If not for the betrayal of the authorities, the volunteers and their army swom brothers would long ago driven the enemy out of the country. But, alas, it is not given to the lions led by the cowardly Hare to conquer the enemies.
The most important process that takes place in the country since the beginning of the Maidan in 2014 is growth of the Ukrainians' self-consciousness. It is difficult to overcome stereotypes about the state's arrangement and the role of the masses in it, which the power instilled from infancy in the ordinary Ukrainians. The power is a parasite on the body of the nation, which only complicates the people's lives. The State and the people may well do without power, but without them the latter is not able to live even a single day.
There once were the flourishing city-states, where the self-governments' organs satisfied living needs and comfortable existence of their citizens. In the city of Novgorod the people's Veche [city popular assembly. – Translator's note] used to decide what the Prince as a chief of the armed force that was hired to protect the city should do. The self-government minimizes the society's costs, directing all the resources to increase the citizens' well-being. On the contrary, the authorities alienate a large part of the funds belonging to the society in order to satisfy the needs of the men of power in personal enrichment. Thus, the power parasitizes at the expense of the society, as the latter is forced to contain it to the detriment of own interests. That is why the power exercises its authority only through coercion by force, using for this purpose the police and the army.
The current government in Ukraine has not a tool for the implementation of its authority, which role is usually performed by the state administrative apparatus. It was destroyed by the predecessors and cannot be restored. That is why the reforms of which those in power like to chatter, are not conducted in the country. The power is not competent, and therefore is not able to build a new apparatus of state government without help from outside, and therefore has to create the appearance of such apparatus' presence, but there are no actions beyond words and promises.
Neither the president nor the government nor the Verkhovna Rada are a priori able to move a single stone in the State without the presence of a competent management staff. It seems that there are officials in the ministries and the departments, but majority of them are not experts in their field. They are not able to perform their functional duties, since bought their positions on the occasion from the previous government, turning them into a place of "personal feeding" and enrichment.
In this situation, the government wants to save itself, and therefore decided to transfer some part of its powers to the regional areas where the oligarchs and the gangsters will willingly take them. That is scilicet the meaning of the so-called decentralization as a means of suppressing the local self-government communities. In the country there is recreated a model of the state government arranged at the Yanukovych times that best meets the needs of the current government. The heads of the local administrations will be used in the regional areas as the "observers", who will provide the power means for a comfortable existence at the expense of the proceeds from the local "feudals."
Under the "sensitive guidance" i.e. the watchful eye of the current president Ukraine can transform into the "Gangster Petersburg" of the 90-th. That is what the power wants, but to wish does not yet mean to be able to. This perspective of the "transformation" of the State is unlikely to suit Europe, the IMF and the US, which have already invested in Ukraine enough monies so that not give them to the crooks from the current power. The possible way out of the present condition is seen in the introduction of the external management in the country, but it will transform Ukraine into a colony, which is contrary to the interests of the Ukrainian people.
At the time when the Creator restrains the aggressive ambitions of the Kremlin, and turns to zero the Russian military potential, the people of the power, together with moneymakers from Europe are trying to "absorb" the wealth of Ukraine in the belief that they will get away with it. It will not work, gentlemen. The Creator's Patience is not infinite. Look at what is happening with the Putin's power, and remember – you are on the waiting list.
